Nicole brings her seasoned corporate attorney and entrepreneurial perspective to the recruiting process. With more than fifteen years of diversified professional experience in law, business and government, Nicole is creative and innovative in her work with clients and candidates. Nicole is the founder and CEO of Dunn & Overwith, a provider of personal assistant, personal concierge and virtual concierge services to individuals and corporations. Prior to forming her own company, she practiced law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., both in New York City. Nicole earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her A.B. in Government from Harvard University.

Nicole has served as an alumni interviewer for Harvard and on the Board of Directors of national and regional non-profits. Currently, she is working with the Seamen's Society for Children & Families, an organization that has assisted New Yorkers for over 160 years. Nicole enjoys music, movies, baseball, tennis and fierce trivia competitions.
